  • Received a DAMAGED PRODUCT ? No worries! Just share an unboxing video with us showcasing the issue. This helps us quickly assess the situation and ensure we provide the best possible resolution for you.
  • If anything is MISSING from your order, don’t worry! Just send us an unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery showing the items you received. Once confirmed, we’ll happily send a replacement or issue a refund for the missing product.
  • Do you want to EXCHANGE ? No problem! You can exchange it by paying for the return and replacement shipping. Reach out to our support team, and we’ll guide you through the process.
  • Hygiene's essential, so our products go through a quick check before we provide a refund or exchange.
  • We carefully inspect all products before processing refunds or exchanges. If a product shows signs of use, it won’t be eligible for a refund or return. Don’t worry—we’ll share video proof if this is the case. Return and replacement shipping will be on you.
